Stride Tec ("we", "us") provides the Mimaso client management platform to health and community services organisations across Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, stridetec.com.au, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
This policy covers information collected through this website: enquiries, walkthrough bookings, and general browsing.
It does not cover client information held in the Mimaso platform. Client records managed by the organisations that use Mimaso are governed by separate agreements with those organisations, who remain responsible for their clients' information. Mimaso is hosted in Australia and certified to ISO 27001. No client or clinical information is collected through, or accessible from, this website.
