Frequently asked questions

Does Mimaso produce the reports our funders require?

Yes — that's the core of what it does. Client and episode data captured in everyday casework flows straight through to AODTS-NMDS, DEX and state KPI returns, so a reporting deadline becomes an export, not a scramble. If you have a funder-specific requirement, ask — chances are we already produce it for a service like yours.

Where is our client data stored, and who can access it?

In Australia, full stop. Mimaso is ISO 27001 certified and hosted onshore, with role-based access controls so each worker sees only what their role requires. And your data belongs to your organisation — including if you ever leave, when we provide a complete export.

We're on another system (or spreadsheets). How hard is it to switch?

We map and import your existing client records so your history comes with you, and we time the cutover so there's no gap in your reporting obligations. Nobody on your team will be asked to re-enter years of client data.

What do implementation and training look like?

A guided setup: we configure Mimaso around your programs, sites and funding streams, migrate your data, and train your team — supported by people who know the sector, not a call centre.

How is Mimaso priced?

Per licensed user, billed annually, and scaled to the size of your service — You'll have a clear quote covering implementation, training and support before you commit to anything.

We're not an AOD service — can we use Mimaso?

Mimaso grew up in AOD and Aboriginal health, which is why compliance runs deep — but the same client-journey backbone suits community health and human services; talk to us about your reporting requirements

What support do we get after go-live?

Australian-based, sector-literate, and you'll deal with people who know your service by name
